Management Analyst

As the Management Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of organizational processes for the Medicaid team, while providing day to day support to ensure processes are running efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a Management Analyst for a full-time opportunity that is fully onsite in Newark, DE. The Management Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of organizational processes for the Medicaid team, while providing day to day support to ensure processes are running efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do :
- Learn, understand, and follow Federal and State laws, Federal and State Medicaid laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policies related to programs of public assistance
- Follow all CAI and State Security requirements
- Access available computer inquiry systems to obtain necessary verifications
- Obtain Medicaid renewals from the client system and disperse work amongst team daily
- Transfer cases to the appropriate pool accordingly
- Speak to clients and transfer their call appropriately
- Work closely with the client to securely collect application documents via digital files (pdf, jpg, etc.)
- Index verifications as necessary
- Keep track of all metrics for the month and present to leadership
- Document all case management details using eligibility system
- Attend one on ones and staff meetings to stay informed about processes and procedures
- Perform added case management responsibilities as needed

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
