Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Contents Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both contents restoration and mitigation / mold remediation. Candidates must also be comfortable using industry-specific programs including, but not limited to, Mitigate, ContentsTrack, and DASH.

Responsibilities

Contents Restoration :

• Perform pack-out, cleaning, and inventory of personal property following fire, water, or mold damage.
• Document and track items using Mitigate, ContentsTrack, and DASH software.
• Handle, clean, and restore salvageable items including furniture, electronics, and soft goods.
• Organize and manage storage vaults for cleaned and inventoried contents.
• Assist with pack-backs and ensure all items are returned in proper condition.
• Communicate with customers professionally while maintaining care and confidentiality of their belongings.
