Overview

Lead AV Technician - Be the Leader that builds incredible systems at ProSource. Florida | Full-Time | Operations Team

What You'll Do

  • Own the job site - lead installations from start to finish.
  • Train and guide techs - build up the next generation of pros.
  • Tackle challenges head-on - solve problems in the field with confidence.
  • Program & optimize systems - especially Control4 and other control platforms.
  • Deliver on promises - documentation, service calls, and client handoffs done right.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of AV installation experience (leadership preferred).
  • Control system programming skills (Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar).
  • Strong technical know-how : wiring, networking, schematics.
  • The ability to lead crews, stay organized, and keep projects on track.
  • Communication skills that keep both clients and teammates confident.
  • A valid driver's license and clean record.
