The company's Inspection, Quality, and Testing division is a recognized leader in providing field inspection, outage support, QA / QC oversight, and technical testing services to the Nuclear and Gas industries.

The company is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President of Nuclear Inspection, Quality, and Testing to lead and expand this mission-critical business unit. This senior executive will have full P&L ownership of a $150M+ operation and will oversee strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across the Nuclear & Gas Inspection and Quality business lines.

The EVP will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability while ensuring compliance with stringent nuclear regulatory standards. This is a highly visible, strategic role requiring deep technical expertise in Nuclear operationsincluding outage support, O&M, testing, QA / QC, and inspection servicescombined with the leadership capability to manage a large-scale organization.

The successful candidate will possess both the executive presence to influence C-Suite and Board-level discussions and the hands-on leadership to guide day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Nuclear & Gas Inspection, Quality, and Testing division, managing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects.
• Drive P&L performance for a $150M+ business, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand market share, services, and geographic footprint.
• Ensure excellence across outage support, QA / QC, inspection, testing, and maintenance operations.
• Maintain compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and ensure a culture of safety, reliability, and quality.
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations, resource planning, manpower logistics, and proposal development.
• Establish performance metrics and data-driven reporting systems to monitor efficiency, reliability, and growth.
• Represent the division to C-Suite executives and the Board of Directors, delivering insight on business performance and future strategy.
