Job Summary
The Material Handler at McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing supports efficient warehouse and production operations by accurately receiving, stocking, delivering, and shipping materials. This hands-on role is crucial in maintaining smooth workflow and inventory accuracy, directly impacting production timelines and customer satisfaction. Full-time onsite position, Monday Friday, 7am 5pm. Forklift experience required. U.S. Citizenship required.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate, pull, and stock materials based on production and sales orders.
- Accurately verify parts and quantities, complete Bills of Lading for incoming / outgoing shipments.
- Operate all assigned material handling equipment (forklift, stand-up, sit-down, combi, tugger, etc.).
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and 6S standards.
- Support inventory management within warehouse / manufacturing environments.
- Adapt to evolving processes and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilize warehouse technology for inventory and shipment confirmation tasks.
