Truck Trailer Pros (TTP) is Now Hiring a Commercial Sales Manager TTP is a semi-trailer, used 18-wheeler, and farming equipment dealership operating in Texas, with a Nationwide customer base. Responsibilities :
- Partner with Management and Sales team to learn new skills, unit training, and hands-on coaching.
- Perform all Day-to-Day Customer and Financial Partners Interaction with minimal supervision.
- Translate and Train sales team and new teammates on Companies' Principles, Core Values, workflow, and responsibilities.
- Translate Strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
- Keep up to date on minimum training standards set by the manufacturer.
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their ownership experience.
- Provide accurate information 100% of the time.
- Represent the dealership well in personal behavior and comments.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Negotiate rates and loan amounts with our financial partners.
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources and factory.
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale.
- Manage closings, sell, and effectively close deals.
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and delivery deals.
- Check / verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Check all paperwork for correct titles, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Maintain an accurate filing system.
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Qualifications :
Bilingual English & Spanish is a Must.Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.Minimum 2 years automotive dealership accounting experience to include financing.Extensive knowledge of accounting schedules / controlled accounts / general ledger.Extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.Working knowledge of State Sales Tax, Federal Excise Tax, and Inventory Tax.Manage inventory and floor plans.Leadership experience.Strong work ethic / attendance accountability.Strong process improvement involvement (problem / resolution).Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner.Excellent communication skills.Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm.SaturdayMust be available for staffing needs and closings.Compensation : Base rate and Commissions.
