Next Generation, Inc. (NGI), an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apex Developer with strong expertise in PL / SQL, reporting tools, and application modernization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating legacy Oracle Forms and Reports applications to Oracle Apex, integrating modern analytics platforms, and ensuring optimal database performance. This role will require collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Job Requirements :

• Lead the modernization of legacy applications from Oracle Forms and Reports to Oracle Apex while enhancing performance and functionality.
• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure Oracle Apex applications.
• Write, optimize, and maintain PL / SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and views for complex database solutions.
• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Oracle Apex, Power BI, and BI Publisher for improved decision-making.
• Integrate Apex applications with Oracle databases and ensure performance optimization.
• Maintain integration with existing Oracle Forms applications until modernization is complete.
• Implement best practices for version control using GitHub (or similar) and support CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation to support ongoing adoption of modernized applications.
