A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Representative to work from home.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle high call volume, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients and insurance carriers
Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing
Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of applicable experience in healthcare or customer service
Knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance EOB interpretation preferred
Computer proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and database systems
Experience with Medicare / Medicaid billing and laboratory information systems is a plus
