Supervisor-Epic & IT Training
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supervisor-Epic & IT Training to join our team. The SupervisorEpic & IT Training provides leadership and oversight for the Epic and IT Training team. This role supervises a team of training specialists who design, configure, and deliver training related to Epic and Workday applications. The Supervisor-Epic and IT Training ensures system stability, data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational priorities while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.

- Location : 100% remote for daily work in IL or WI, on-site rarely

Education Qualifications :
Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical, hospital / ambulatory business office environment or related experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree.Experience Qualifications :
5 years of Epic Principle Trainer or related experience is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Associate's degree requirement.)1 year of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.Certifications, Licenses and Registrations :
