This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations – ensuring a fast-paced, creative workplace runs efficiently while maintaining a positive and empowering culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry boards).
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
