Human Resources Generalist (Payroll)

We're hiring on behalf of a respected, employee-owned company in the plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting a multi-state, unionized workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer weekly payroll for 170 employees across multiple states using ADP
• Support full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Post job openings and manage applicant workflows via ADP
• Assist with union audits and benefit program evaluations
• Lead open enrollment and benefits administration
• Partner with HR and department leaders across five union groups

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
