Trillium Construction is now seeking an Estimator for direct-hire in Melbourne!
Our client specializes in Commercial Construction. They have a direct hire position in their estimating department. Their projects are ground up and remodels that are local to the Melbourne area.
Duties :
- Assist Project Manager with preparation of schedules for estimate preparation.
- Review job takeoffs from Engineering and check for accuracy
- Quantifies materials, labor, and equipment
Annual salary is $85k / year. Medical coverage is paid, generous PTO and yearly bonus are a few of the perks. Relocation assistance is available. Apply now!
Qualifications :
- 5+ plus years of Commercial Estimating
- Knowledge of building with Bar Joist, Metal and Block is preferred.
- Previous experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Construction
