As a Security Professional - Aero / Defense Dispatch Full Time in Savannah, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within an aerospace and defense environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and assisting with access control to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the aerospace and defense location.

Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and / or emergencies, maintaining accurate records and logs according to site-specific procedures.

Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Communicate important information to appropriate personnel and management in a timely and professional manner.

Follow site-specific policies and procedures to support security-related operations and emergency response activities.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries related to security-related protocols and access control.

Assist with the monitoring of surveillance systems and alarms, promptly reporting any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
