Sr. Digital Specialist (ECommerce)

This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across websites, mobile apps, and online stores. The focus is on creating smooth, effective digital experiences that support marketing goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and comfortable working with data to improve performance.

• Duties :
• Create digital plans for marketing campaigns across web, app, and e-commerce platforms.
• Turn business goals into clear digital actions like page planning, SEO, and personalization.
• Use data and user behavior to improve digital experiences.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend updates to templates and tools.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for digital campaigns.
• Coordinate content and assets for web, app, and store pages.
• Review and test digital content before launch to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor live campaigns and fix any issues quickly.
• Track performance and suggest ways to improve the user journey.
• Identify and fix pain points in the digital experience.
• Recommend updates based on user behavior and platform changes.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and tech teams to align on goals and timelines.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and risks.
• Help improve internal processes and workflows
• Qualifications :
• 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital content.
• Experience with campaign planning, testing, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with SEO, A / B testing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills

The pay range for this position is $48.95 - $52.44 / hr.
