Job descriptionLead with Purpose : Manage full-cycle construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Innovate : Utilize cutting-edge construction techniques and sustainable practices to build state-of-the-art senior living facilities. Collaborate : Work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure every detail is meticulously crafted. Problem-Solve : Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budget management to ensure seamless execution. Impact : Create beautiful, functional, and safe environments that enhance the lives of seniors and their families Experienced Leadership : At least 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, specifically in senior living or healthcare facilities. A Team Player : Ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with teams and clients. Detail-Oriented : Skilled in managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a focus on quality. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with project management software, budget tracking, and scheduling tools. Results-Driven : A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Competitive base salary between $100,000-$125,000 depending on project experience and skills Discretionary bonus model + annual end of the year bonuses paid out to all employees Vehicle allowance / company vehicle with Gas Card Comprehensive Benefits Package 3-4 weeks PTO 401(k) with 5% Company Match
