Bridge Superintendent Heavy Highway / DOT Construction

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy highway and DOT bridge projects , including new bridge construction, structural rehabilitation, and related concrete and steel work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge and civil infrastructure construction , proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, safe, and on-schedule projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all field operations for bridge and structural projects
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, engineers, and field crews
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications, safety regulations, and DOT standards
• Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain project progress
• Monitor field performance, quality, and productivity to meet project goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise field personnel and foremen
• Collaborate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owners to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
