Contract Term :
The Role :
This key role within Bally's Corporation is focused on the Company's financial close / consolidation process, financial reporting and intercompany accounting. This role will support the Corporate Accounting and Consolidation team for all business segments (US and International).
Develop and own the Company's multi-currency consolidation processLiaise with reporting entities to ensure a timely and accurate closeSupervise staff to ensure timely and accurate posting of all eliminations and necessary consolidation adjustmentsOversee and execute on global intercompany processing, driving process improvements and adoption of policiesPreparation, review, triage of consolidation schedules as requiredDevelop and implement best practice processes and systems across the groupLead role in system improvement initiativesSupporting the wider team's delivery requirements including ad hoc project work requiredResearch unique or complex transactions contemplated and / or entered into by the Company to determine appropriate accounting treatment.Serve as the main contact for the annual external audit and quarterly reviews through communication with external auditors and preparation of analysis and documentation.Responsibilities :

Support the Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions on standardizing and improving the Consolidation / Reporting and Governance environmentManage ad hoc projects as requiredOperations & Results :
Provide full financial and analytical support to the Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions with respect to Consolidation.Evaluate accounting treatment of complex / non-routine transactionsCustomers & Relationships :
Establish and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners as well as Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions.Manage the Consolidation & Reporting stream and ensure that deliverables are succinct, accurate, and timely.Work with the Finance, Operations and Commercial Teams to understand all the different drivers and variances in the sub-consolidation process.Serve as a key contact for external auditors as well as executive leadership on the accounting for complex and non-routine transactionsCompetencies :
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with ability to work flexibly in an ever-changing work environmentProven track record of identifying and remediating problems and solving issues.Knowledge of Oracle ERP / EPM required, as well as ability to use reporting tools such as Power BI.Proven results in raising and maintaining high performance in teams.Strong written and verbal English language skills essential.Qualifications :
