IT Concepts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ITC and our customer through award and development. The customer supports warfighters, policy makers, and intelligence professionals in support of national security.

We are seeking a dynamic, interpersonal, and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Project Management : Lead successful program delivery, to include deliverables / milestones and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Manage staffing, risk management, financial management, and performance, among others.

  • Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams across multiple CONUS locations, as well as coordinate with subcontractor partners to foster collaboration, ensure alignment, and enable high performance.
  • Resource Allocation : Manage project resources, including personnel and budget, to meet contractual objectives. Largely, this requires ensuring appropriate, qualified staffing mix.
  • Client Liaison : Serve as Primary Point of Contact for NGA and internal leadership, understanding requirements, expectations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance / Compliance : Implement quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability of deliverables.

Ensure project compliance with contract, as well as NGA policies, procedures, and standards.

Performance Monitoring : Establish and track metrics to track project progress and performance, and update key stakeholders, as necessary.

This role is Remote / Hybrid role, requiring regular in-person meetings in Northern Virginia and occasional travel to Denver and St. Louis.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in support of intelligence or defense sectors. Experience with T&M contracts is must.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Proven track record managing complex projects from kickoff to closure, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Strong leadership skills to manage multiple partners and cross-functional, dispersed teams with ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflict effectively, and communicate clearly.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate comfortably with senior-leadership (external and internal).

Knowledge of geospatial intelligence concepts, technologies, and systems is desirable.

Experience with IT-related contracts is desirable.

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

TS / SCI required, with willingness to take a CI Polygraph.

Local to Northern Virginia is preferred.
