WHAT DOES A CIVIL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST DO?

This entry-level position enjoys a work-life balanced schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday.

As an entry-level Civil Engineering Specialist, your civil engineering and CADD software skills are crucial to help us serve our clients with innovation and excellence every day. You get to work on a bunch of different projects, which keeps things interesting. You're always actively participating in developing design studies, reports, contract drawings, and estimates.

And that's not all - you also get to do some researching on county and state highway administration databases to find plats, deeds, and other records. You're out in the field doing inspections, locating utilities, and checking topographical details too. You're an expert when it comes to keeping up with current trends and methodologies, which is so important in our line of work.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CIVIL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

• BS degree in civil engineering
• Proficiency with CADD programs

Engineer-In-Training registration (EIT) is preferred.
