Location : Frederick County, MD / Stafford County, VA (Near Washington, D.C. Metro)

Salary : $120,000–$150,000 + Bonus

You’ll Own :

Civil site design : grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities.

Manage permitting and approvals across multiple jurisdictions.

Oversee project teams and mentor junior engineers.

Engage directly with developers to shape project outcomes.

You’ll Bring :

8–12 years of civil land development design.

PE license (MD / VA / DC preferred).

Advanced Civil 3D skills and confident client communication.
