DAFgiving360 is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world. Since our founding in 1999 as an 501(c)(3) public charity, DAFgiving360 donors have recommended over $44 billion in grants to more than 280,000 charities. DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

We're seeking a seasoned marketing strategist with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and experiences for how our donor-advised fund (DAF) offer is marketed to prospective and existing advisors, including RIAs and family offices. The ideal candidate will understand the wealth management and advisor marketplace, as well as how to effectively develop go-to-market plans across integrated marketing channels.

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy DAFgiving 360 will collaborate across marketing, strategy, sales, field enablement, internal communications, external agencies, and others to strategize, develop, and deliver impactful marketing around our offer. This individual will also support marketing integration with Schwab Advisor Services, to increase DAFgiving360 awareness, adoption, and retention in Advisor Services.

• Gain a deep understanding of DAFgiving360's and Schwab Advisor Services' business objectives, value proposition, and advisor and family office audiences to develop, deliver, and manage integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that increase DAFgiving360 awareness and adoption within Advisor Services.
• Represent the voice of the customer by becoming an expert in our DAFgiving360 existing and prospective advisor experiences (and their broader Schwab Advisor Services experience), along with the clients they serveto understand and maximize the intersection of their needs with our offer, and identify and deliver on relevant research opportunities, segmentation strategies, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Serve as an advisor marketing subject matter expert, setting the strategy for how our offer and value gets communicated to this segment, a roadmap for how to achieve the strategy, and establishing self as a go-to marketing consultant for partners along the way (including on large, cross-functional, advisor-focused initiatives).
• Develop network of partner relationships across DAFgiving360 (strategy, marketing, field enablement, etc.) and Schwab Advisor Services Marketing to stay aligned on strategic priorities and activities within the advisor segment, and to help deliver holistic marketing and communications solutions that span DAFgiving360 and AS.
• Translate growth objectives and product marketing into actionable advisor marketing strategies and plans, then manage on-strategy execution across advisor segments and integrated marketing distribution channels (owned by DAFgiving360 and Schwab Advisor Services).
• Oversee and / or develop new advisor marketing campaigns and deliverables across email, web, print, sales materials, AS internal and field communications, and moreensuring on-strategy execution and consistent messaging.
• Project manage marketing through all phases of development, from strategy through delivery and ongoing optimizations; collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, legal, compliance, agencies, and more on content creation, review, and approvals.
• Work closely with product marketing to advocate for advisor audience considerations and enhancement opportunities as part of broader product development and marketing efforts, managing resulting messaging updates to existing advisor marketing and sales materials.
• Take an insights- and data-driven approach to developing advisor marketing, including monitoring and applying learnings from marketing performance data, research, and industry, competitor, and marketing trends; socialize results and learnings with relevant team members and partners for awareness.
