Position Highlights

• Full-Time (1.0 FTE)  Academic Appointment
• Practice in  North Carolinas first Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• 24-bed Pediatric Emergency Department within a  180-bed tertiary care childrens hospital
• Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support including large  PICU and NICU
• Diverse patient population from urban and rural communities across Central and Western NC
• Active teaching role with  fellows, residents, and medical students
• Integrated  EPIC EMR  system with access to  DAX Copilot , an AI-powered documentation tool
• Embedded service line within a  physician-led medical group
• Commitment to  safe, equitable, and inclusive care  for all patients
