We're a leading construction company on the lookout for a Director of Construction Operations to join our awesome growing team.
In this role, you'll be a strategic mastermind, cultivating a collaborative environment while overseeing projects in our Denver office.

- Build strong relationships - Develop and maintain positive relationships with various teams.
- Become a data whiz - Populate data into reporting tools to keep everything on track.
- Contribute to winning proposals - Help secure awesome projects for the team.
You're a perfect fit if you have :
- 7 (or more) years of experience in commercial construction operations
- A construction management degree (a plus!)
- Proficiency in construction financials and accounting (including WIP)
- Solid understanding of construction documents (contracts, ASIs, RFPs)
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations
- Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills
Top-notch communication skills
- A solution-oriented approach to projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
