About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of its B2B growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing thought-leadership content, designing and executing a full-funnel B2B demand generation strategy, and owning campaign planning with a focus on CAC and ROI. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategic leadership with the execution of marketing initiatives. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with building and leading a marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, and ensuring a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying abreast of market trends and new marketing technologies is essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B demand generation, and a proven track record of delivering pipeline and ARR growth. Expertise in demand-gen channels, proficiency with CRM / automation tools, and a strong data orientation are required.
