Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new staff and program participants.
• Manage interviewing schedule with chosen applicants, hiring managers, and appropriate staff.
• Schedule background checks and drug screens for all newly hired staff.
• Schedule and conduct all new staff and program participant orientations.
• Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
• Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
• Work with hiring managers to identify and meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding and orientation using human resources information system (HRIS) software.
• Review employment applications in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
