What You Bring to the Table :
5+ years’ experience managing top-tier, upscale dining or fine dining conceptsA proven track record of leading teams with energy, positivity, and resultsFluency in restaurant finances—budgets, P&L, cost control, all second nature to youA knack for connecting with both staff and guests—people remember you for all the right reasonsObsessed with hospitality and raising the bar for world-class serviceTech savvy, organized, and up-to-date on the latest in operational systemsEnchanted by the art of food and wine pairing (especially Italian!) and keen to keep exploringDriven by details, passionate about the guest journey, and always on the lookout for creative solutionsYour Day-to-Day :
