Job descriptionGreet customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensure that each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience. Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on road. Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase. Meet dealership sales goals. Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount. Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales. Arrange for delivery and registration of the vehicle. Research availability of models and optional equipment. Engage in business development. Address customer concerns. Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary . Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds : The restaurant industry, recent college graduates, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates! Professional appearance and strong communications skills. Basic computer skills. Proven track record. Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude. Team oriented. Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
