About the Job
Twilio is seeking a strategic, data-driven Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to lead global, cross-functional campaigns for our most important customer use cases and business moments. You'll turn strategy into actionaligning teams, shaping compelling narratives, and using data and AI to drive performance. Partnering across marketing, sales, and product, you'll deliver impactful, scalable programs that embody the Twilio Magic through creativity, collaboration, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll :
- Own and drive strategic, full-funnel campaigns across Twilio's core use cases (e.g. Marketing & Promotions, Customer Data Management), ensuring clear objectives, compelling narratives, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead campaign planning and strategic development for major product and business launchesconnecting customer insights, market trends, and business goals to shape the go-to-market approach.
- Identify market opportunities using data, customer insights, and business priorities to create impactful programs.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense and AI-powered platforms (e.g. for segmentation, message testing, or campaign optimization).
- Collaborate with global partners across Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to deliver aligned, results-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless project coordination and clear communication across teams.
- Own end-to-end project management for complex, multi-team campaignsbalancing priorities, timelines, and dependencies to deliver on-time and on-goal execution.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks to keep campaigns on track - must be vocal when deliverables are at risk and hold team members accountable for their ownership areas.
- Test, experiment, and innovatebringing fresh ideas to your campaigns and finding new ways to drive engagement and results.
- Conduct research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategy, positioning, and content development.
- Track and report on campaign performance, applying learnings to continuously improve.

Required :4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign management in B2B, SaaS, or tech.Experience managing campaigns across global teams, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving execution across regions and time zones.Strong strategic thinking and independent problem-solving skills.Experience using AI tools or platforms to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, or decision-making.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive narrative clarity.Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.A mindset of ownership, creativity, and continuous learning.A strong connection to Twilio's valuesthe Twilio Magicand a desire to work with integrity, inclusion, and impact.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense, Airtableor the ability to ramp quickly.Desired :

This role will be remote based in Ontario, Canada.
