Open Leadership & Administrative Roles
Site Administrator Supports the Site Manager in coordinating all day-to-day camp operations, ensuring smooth logistics, accurate documentation, and interdepartmental communication. They manage staff rosters, track travel and timekeeping, and assist with onboarding, housing assignments, and daily briefings. The role also involves maintaining compliance logs, supply inventories, and coordinating with department leads to resolve logistical challenges. Site Administrators help ensure the camp remains organized, resourced, and ready to respond to shifting operational demands. $60 / hr + OT and travel pay.Preferred Qualifications
Live in the Southeastern or Eastern US for priority deployment opportunities during the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season.Have transportation such a personal vehicle to travel to deployment sites in states such as TX, LA, FL, SC, or NC.Have related experience in Remote Site or Camp Operations, Operations or Logistics Coordination, Human Resources (Staff Manager), and Technology and Systems Use (Site Admin)Be over 18, authorized to work in the US for any employer, and able to pass a background check and drug test.Prior experience with in roles such as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Logistics Manager, Camp Manager, Site Supervisor, Field Operations Manager, Emergency Response Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Facility Manager, Field Services Manager, Safety Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Military Operations NCO or Officer, Base Camp Operations Manager, Remote Site Manager or similar is a big plus!Youll Thrive Here If You

Competitive hourly pay with overtime after 40 hrs / week.
