Our client, a leading non-union manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their onsite team in Bryan / College Station, Texas .

This is an ONSITE position in Bryan / College Station, Texas. Relocation provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Relations : Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance and support on employee-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Compliance and Policies : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Review and update company policies and procedures, including employee handbooks, to maintain legal compliance and best practices.
- Benefits Administration : Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Coordinate with vendors, communicate changes, and address employee inquiries.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- HRIS Management : Utilize and maintain the HRIS system (e.g., Workday) to streamline HR processes, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports for informed decision-making.
- Employee Engagement : Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, recognize achievements, and foster a positive work culture.
- Performance Management : Collaborate with managers to establish and implement performance evaluation systems, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
