IT Manager - Enterprise Payments

A company is looking for a Manager IT - Enterprise Payments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team to improve client and user experience, ensuring operational excellence and application reliability

Direct programming and business analysis activities, facilitating system modifications and understanding technology roadmaps

Provide oversight to IT projects and products, assigning tasks and tracking performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or systems engineering OR High School Diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED and 12+ years of experience

Experience in financial services or large financial institutions is preferred

Previous experience supporting digital banking, API / File & payment platforms

3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of software and quality engineers
