HR Coordinator

Our client, a company in the distribution and warehouse industry, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, approachable attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in implementing local and regional initiatives.

Assist with new hire orientations, onboarding, and document scanning in Workday.

Help process payroll and maintain attendance systems such as eTime.

Create badges and support administrative HR functions.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule and communicate start dates for new hires.

What's Needed?

03 years of experience in Human Resources (HR or HR Assistant role preferred).

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly desired.

Familiarity with Workday and / or eTime systems is a plus.

Proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
