Your responsibilities in the agency will be as follows :

• Representation : Be the face of our agency, representing our vision and making a positive impact on our clients' futures.
• Servicing : Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met with attention to detail and establishing strong client relationships.
• Use of Technology : Embrace technology to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, while utilizing innovative tools to enhance efficiency in managing client accounts and communication.
• Adding Value : Engage in prospecting activities to connect with current and previous clients, finding opportunities to add value through our products and services.
