A well-established clinical laboratory in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead its Immunohematology Reference Laboratory. This leadership role involves supervising staff, managing departmental projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical expertise in immunohematology testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, train, and mentor lab staff; oversee hiring and performance management

Manage workflow to meet turnaround goals and maintain high-quality standards

Coordinate quality assurance, error management, SOP revisions, and regulatory audits

Participate in leadership team activities and cross-departmental initiatives

Serve as a technical resource for complex immunohematology cases

Support process improvements and resource management
