Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Superintendent to oversee the field execution of wastewater treatment plant and related civil infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position with regional project assignments and comfortable rotations that allow employees regular time home.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil concrete projects, preferably with direct experience on wastewater treatment plant construction or other complex water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for wastewater treatment plant and heavy civil concrete projects.
• Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and field activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule work.
• Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a culture of safety on site.
• Report project progress, issues, and milestones to management.
