Strategic Dining Services is looking for a Senior Manager Supply Chain for a hybrid role, with preference for Charlotte, NC. The salary range is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. The position focuses on leading supplier and client relationship management to deliver financial, operational, and strategic value. The role involves strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and operational excellence in a contracted foodservice environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Leading sourcing and negotiation activities across assigned categories to meet organizational objectives for cost, quality, and service.
• Managing manufacturer, distributor, and supplier relationships to drive performance improvements and achieve financial goals.
• Developing and administering supplier evaluation and development plans.
• Monitoring commodity and ingredient markets to ensure price competitiveness and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborating with suppliers to identify shared value initiatives and innovation opportunities.
• Overseeing program implementation and adoption for new products, suppliers, and categories.
• Coordinating supplier onboarding, price file accuracy, and master data management.
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and availability of managed order guides through the DSSI platform.
