Job descriptionIdentifies installation defects and remedies minor issues Communicates closely with the Installation Manager on quality issues detected in the field Completes pre-inspections to ensure readiness for installations Field measures installations in order to investigate material shortages Picks up and delivers materials to job-sites Desired Skills and Experience : Previous experience in flooring and / or construction Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must Salary & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off Medical paid by employer at 75% Great corporate culture and working environment Powered by JazzHR

Job Description :
- Flooring Service Tech Reports To : Installation Manager Assignment Focus : We are looking for a skilled Flooring Service Tech to join our team.
- The Flooring Service Tech is responsible for small flooring repairs and touch-ups for a wide range of flooring materials.
- These repairs typically consist of grout touch-up, caulking, performing wood touch-ups, replacing a few cracked tiles, glue injections, and small carpet repairs.
- The Service Tech must be able to communicate with our customers to set expectations, answer questions, and provide care and maintenance tips.
- The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of customer service and have a desire to creatively resolve problems.
