Job descriptionBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of experience in business analysis, change management, and project delivery. 7+ years with ERP systems (preferably SAP , two+ modules, implementations, or upgrades). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel , Power Query , and AI-driven analytics or automation . Experience applying AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, and project management tools a plus.

Location : Chandler, AZ (Onsite 3 days / week)

Duration : 3 Months (with potential extension)
Overview :
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to identify and implement process improvements, support key business strategies, and act as a bridge between business, client, and technical teams. This role involves working closely with SAP systems, driving change management, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
- Liaise between business units, clients, and IT for process alignment.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
- Manage change requests and testing through the full SDLC.
- Lead or support SAP-related projects, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.
- Mentor other BAs and collaborate cross-functionally on transformation initiatives.
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM AZT
Work Model : Hybrid (3 days onsite at HQ)
