Job descriptionSALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members Greet guests and members in person and on the phone Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE and have an OUTGOING PERSONALITY MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software Excellent guest service and communication skills Experience with FAST PACED work environments Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

We seek a Membership Sales Consultant interested in growing with us. We are a positive and gratifying work environment looking for a dynamic , outgoing SALES PRO and team player to join our team.
Benefits / Perks :
- $16 BASE guaranteed hourly, with extra commissions pay ranges at $18-$22 / hour

- Professional work environment in a spa atmosphere
- Part-time or full-time position up to 25-40 hours / week, depending on the candidate's career history
