Job descriptionAnalyze and manage margins by product line, customer, and division Partner with Sales and Procurement to develop pricing strategies that protect and enhance profit Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep financial and operational analysis Build and maintain dashboards and models (Excel, Power BI) to monitor profitability Support budgeting and forecasting through data-driven insight into sales and margin performance Present recommendations confidently to senior leaders and influence business decisions Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) 3-5+ years in FP&A, pricing, or margin management within food distribution, CPG, or wholesale Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; ability to design dashboards and analyze complex data Strong financial and commercial acumen - can interpret numbers and drive strategy Confident, assertive communicator who can handle pushback and operate as the pricing expert Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Title : Pricing & Profitability Manager
Salary : $120K-150k (open to market)
