Job descriptionAssisting persons served in their work program. Running daily programs. Developing / implementing community integration activities. Supervising at the community job site. Enthusiasm and desire to help others. High School Diploma. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. Ability to pass DHS Background Study. Health insurance (you pay your premium, and TSE pays for the first $5,250 of the $9,250 max out-of-pocket expenses for single coverage. Yes, you are only budgeting your monthly premiums if you are a low to moderate user of your health insurance! Dental Insurance. Company-paid life insurance. Company-matched 403B retirement. The Employment Specialist position includes a $2000 hiring bonus :
$500 paid out at 1 month of successful employment.
- $250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment.
- $250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment.
- $250 paid out at 9 months of successful employment
- $750 paid out at 1 year of successful employment.
- In addition, this position also receives a $200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2200 in bonuses within your 1st year.
- $17.50 / hour with a high school diploma or Associate's Degree, pay increases to $18.00 / hour at 6 months of successful employment
- $18.75 / hour with a 4-year degree, pay increases to $19.25 / hour after 6 months of successful employment
