Job Description

A client in Irvine, Ca is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be doing whtie glove customer service, calling on franchises and owners ensuring the software delployments / rollouts were sucessful. You will be calling franchisees and owners pre roll-out as well to ensure they were able to review training documents guides and are prepared for the roll out. This will be onsite 2days / week in Irvine.

Compensation :

$20 / hr to $23 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
