Title : Field Service Manager

Location : Glen Arm, Maryland (Sign-on bonus for relocation)

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000 + 12% annual bonus + Annual ESOP stock plan

Requirements :  Previous experience managing a team of Field Technicians

Travel : Less then 10%

We are seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee field service technicians and service coordinators who install, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized equipment, components, and systems. This role requires a commitment to upholding the organization's reputation for outstanding customer service and driving excellence within the Service department.

Specialties : Rotary Die Cutter, Digital Printing, Corrugated Packaging Equipment, Lead Edge Feeder, Box Plant Machinery Solutions, MicroGrind Die Cut Accuracy System, Flexo Print Solutions, Flexo Folder Gluer, Ink Systems, Retrofits and Upgrades, Converting, and Largest Parts Inventory

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of coordinators and field service technicians delivering technical support to current and prospective customers
• Manage onboarding, training, and daily workload allocation for the field service team
• Assign service jobs based on technician availability and skillset to ensure optimal workflow
• Develop and maintain a 24 / 7 service coverage schedule aligned with business needs
• Participate in cross-functional meetings related to service billing, production, warranty claims, and equipment installations
• Ensure accurate cost estimates for service jobs and machine installations
