???? Base Salary : $225,000 – $250,000

Seeking a 3–4 year attorney with deep knowledge in construction law for real estate projects. Work will focus on design and architect agreements , construction contracts , and engineering / consulting agreements .

Standout Qualifiers :

Drafting experience for development management agreements and easements

Strong understanding of project delivery methods and risk allocation

Familiarity with construction licensing and regulatory compliance

Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects efficiently
