Job descriptionMaintain a full or part-time clinical caseload (up to 40 hours / week) with 60-minute therapy visits Conduct mental health intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with DSM-5 standards Maintain accurate documentation using our electronic medical record system Master’s Degree or PhD / PsyD in a relevant field Clinical licensure in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or LP preferred) At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling (preferred) Strong rapport-building skills and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care
