What You'll Do
- Greet and assist visitors while managing a high volume of incoming calls
- Handle mail processing, shipping, copying, and faxing of documents
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and track expense reports
- Keep process documentation and filing systems up to date
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Enter and maintain accurate data in software systems
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external guests
Requirements
