Join Our Team as a Receptionist!

We're growing at Porsche Minneapolis and we're looking for a talented receptionist to join our expanding sales team. Do you love helping people? Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and professional first impression? If so, we want you to be part of our team that values:

The wage range for this position is $17-$19/hour.

Part-time: Monday - Thursday 4pm-7pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to all customers. The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store reputation and image.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
