Civil Engineering Project Manager

Trueline is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead impactful projects out of South Portland, Maine. You'll be steering civil engineering initiatives from concept to completion—overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality—while nurturing client relationships and helping grow the business.

Must Haves as the Civil Engineering Project Manager :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of relevant experience (P.E. license preferred)
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with clients, teams, and regulators
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service mindset and confidentiality in professional practice
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes
• Independent judgment and ownership while championing teamwork and respect
