Sr. Accountant Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Tacoma, Washington, and offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. As part of our growing organization, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations for a newly established legal entity.

Responsibilities :

• Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage labor accruals and rent forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review financial statements for accuracy.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date cash flow records.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist with the implementation and use of accounting software, including NetSuite and Concur.
