We are seeking a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to focus exclusively on new business development within the IT staffing space. This is a "hunter" role ideal for someone who loves generating leads, prospecting new logos, and converting cold outreach into long-term partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging net-new enterprise and mid-market clients across industries, building relationships with hiring decision-makers, and partnering with ATP's delivery team to present the right talent at the right time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and attending local events.
- Client Acquisition : Own the full sales cycle-from initial outreach to securing new staffing partnerships.
- Pitching & Presenting : Confidently articulate ATP's services, differentiators, and value proposition to hiring leaders and procurement teams.
- Discovery & Consultation : Understand a prospect's technology environment, hiring pain points, and project goals to position ATP as a consultative partner.
- Collaboration with Recruiting : Work closely with ATP's recruiting team to ensure timely and strategic candidate submissions that meet client needs.
- Territory Expansion : Build a robust pipeline of new accounts and grow ATP's presence in untapped markets, with a focus on the Atlanta area and beyond.
- Pipeline Management & CRM : Maintain accurate tracking of prospects, opportunities, and sales activity in ATP's CRM (e.g., Bullhorn, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
Qualifications :
2-5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or agency recruiting with a proven track record of winning new business.A true hunter mentality with relentless energy, strong cold outreach skills, and the ability to close.Strong understanding of IT job functions, skill sets, and project-based staffing models.Comfortable engaging VP- and Director-level stakeholders with a consultative, solutions-first approach.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and in a hybrid structure.CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn) strongly preferred.Local to Atlanta or willing to be onsite 2-3 times per week.Why Join ATP?
